• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping address, Instagram handle (optional) and any notes you send through our contact, checkout, custom-order, board-finder quiz or newsletter forms.
• Order information: the boards or accessories you purchase and shipping details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages visited, time on page, device type, referring source and approximate location, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

• To answer your inquiries, prepare shipping quotes and fulfil orders.
• To contact you by text message or email about your request, board recommendation or order. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.
• To improve the website, understand which boards riders are interested in, and measure our advertising.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies and collect device and browsing data under their own privacy policies. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or the ad-preference tools offered by Meta and Google.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, email/SMS delivery, our customer-relationship system and analytics providers — and when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes and keep inquiry data while we have an active relationship with you. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
