Terms of Service

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
• Every board is hand-shaped. Small variations in color, resin tint, weight and finish are normal and are not defects.
• In-stock boards are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A board is reserved for you only once payment is completed.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We also accept other methods agreed directly with the shaper.
• Custom (made-to-order) boards require a non-refundable deposit to start shaping; the balance is due before delivery or pickup.
• Typical custom lead time is 4–8 weeks and may vary with season and glassing schedule. We will keep you informed.

• Boards are warranted against manufacturing defects (delamination not caused by heat, fin box or leash plug failure under normal use) for 90 days from delivery.
• Not covered: pressure dents, dings, cracks, snapped boards, sun/heat damage, yellowing, damage from impact, improper storage or transport, or normal wear.
• Warranty remedies are repair or, at our discretion, replacement. Shipping to and from our studio for warranty work is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Surfing is an inherently dangerous activity. You assume all risk of injury or loss arising from the use of any board or accessory purchased from us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

All designs, logos, photos, videos and text on this site belong to Jonathan Grandini Surfboards LLC or are used with permission. Customer reviews, photos and videos displayed on the site are shared with the customer's consent. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
